Sindalah Island, nestled in the Red Sea, is scheduled to open its doors to visitors within the upcoming year, marking the inaugural luxury tourist destination within the NEOM project. This milestone underscores the visionary aspirations of Saudi Arabia 2030.

Sindalah Island spans an area of approximately 840 thousand square metres, with its architectural designs carefully considering international standards for sustainability and ecosystem preservation. Designed to blend seamlessly with its natural environment, the island's inspiration drawn from its surroundings is evident in various designs, particularly notable in the village adjacent to the yacht marina, mirroring the layered formations of rock masses.

The luxury tourism endeavor is set to generate approximately 3,500 employment opportunities across the tourism, hospitality, and entertainment sectors. It encompasses 413 opulent hotel rooms, 333 upscale hotel apartments, and an array of premium facilities and services, featuring a world-class golf course, an indulgent health resort, and a prestigious yacht club. Among its highlights are internationally renowned luxury hotel brands like Four Seasons and the inaugural Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Additionally, the project will offer numerous dining, hospitality, and entertainment venues to enhance the guest experience.

Sindalah is poised to become a global hub for yacht enthusiasts, boasting a luxurious marina situated along the Red Sea in northwest Saudi Arabia. The marina includes 86 berths for yachts up to 75 metres in length, equipped with marine facilities designed to accommodate the largest mega yachts. A partnership agreement has been forged with "IGY Marinas" to oversee the management and operations of the marina. Renowned for its extensive global expertise, IGY Marinas currently manages approximately 23 marinas across 12 countries worldwide.
