He is currently leading sales on two landmark projects: The Four Seasons at Jeddah Corniche and Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah, where his intrinsic knowledge of regional markets and personable approach enable him to deliver fantastic results.

At The Four Seasons, Ahmed has leveraged the brand’s global prestige alongside its resort-led amenities, while in Makkah, walkable proximity to Al Haram lends a spiritual and cultural depth to his advisory, helping clients connect with the value beyond the asset.

Ahmed began his real estate career in Dubai, advising on luxury developments across Downtown, Bluewaters, City Walk, Dubai Marina, and Palm Jumeirah and was recognised with three consecutive sales awards in 2023, having achieved over SAR 200 million in sales volume.
